We aim to provide an enjoyable experience when you shop at PerfumeStore.sg.
Orders can be returned up to 3 days after the delivery date for a 60% refund of the gross amount paid minus shipping & handling, and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order, simply send the unopened, sealed product in its original packaging via Registered mail in secure packaging* back to our address. You can expect a refund once we have received the returned product. If shipping was free for your order S$5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that once package is opened**, regardless it was used or not, we will not entertain any returns or refunds. We will not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
If receipient does not receive the package because address contains error/inaccuracy, buyer did not accept/collect the item from the postage service, buyer is responsible for a S$ 6.00 charge if buyer requests for a redelivery. We will not offer refund/exchange for the item if buyer decides to cancel the order. Alternatively, buyer can arrange for a pickup with PerfumeStore.sg.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. Our products are 100% original and of highest quality and we will not entertain returns/exchanges/refunds for opened packages.
*If returned product was found to be defected due to poor packaging, refund will not be accepted.
