General Cooking Instructions: Rinse wild rice thoroughly. Add 1 cup wild rice to 4 cups boiling water. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer approximately 45 minutes or until desired texture is obtained. Drain excess liquid. Season to taste.
1 cup raw wild rice yields approximately 3-4 cups cooked rice.
