Suggested use

You Will Need:
3 or 4 eggs*
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

*4 eggs for a firmer and denser cake

*3 eggs for a lighter and spongier cake
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Grease or line an 8″ cake pan.
Mix eggs, oil, and extract in a bowl. Add the mix and combine well.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
If using 3 eggs, bake 22-28 minutes on the middle rack of your oven. If using 4 eggs, bake 25-33 minutes on the middle rack of your oven.
A toothpick should come out clean from the middle of the cake and the edges should be firm. Please keep an eye out while baking.
Let the cake cool and then remove from the pan. Make sure it is completely cooled or it will fall apart.

Erythritol, sunflower seed flour, soluble tapioca fiber, unsweetened cocoa powder processed with alkali, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, tapioca starch, monocalcium phosphate monohydrate), salt, stevia extract.
