Suggested Cooking Instructions: Boiled Lamb
1 kg boneless lamb, diced, 1 litre water – Heat water in a pot and add uncooked lamb and simmer on medium heat covered for 45 min. Separate the cooked lamb and save the lamb stock.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add boiled lamb and fry for 2-3 min, or until sealed.
Add half of the contents of sauce and sprinkle over the contents of the spice cap and stir fry for 1-2 min.
Add the remaining sauce and lamb stock, simmer gently, until the meat is cooked throughout.
Chef’s Tip: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, Serve with Basmati Rice or Buttery Naan.
