Suggested use

Use as a pasta substitute in any dish dramatically reducing calories.

Step 1: Open bag on noodles into colander and rinse thoroughly with cool water for one minute.

Step 2: Cut noodles with kitchen shears (optional) and add to non oiled pan on medium heat until dry.

Step 3: Cook noodles in your favorite sauce or recipe on the stovetop or in microwave. Enjoy! We recommend 2-3 servings per package.

Refrigerate after opening.
