Suggested use

You will need:
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
Water or milk (any kind)

For one batch of waffles
Combine 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons oil, 3/4 cup water or milk (any kind). Add to 2 cups of dry mix. Blend well. Add more liquid, if needed.
Preheat waffle iron to medium (350°F) heat. Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter onto waffle iron to cover bottom, Cook until golden brown. Serve hot. Yield:5-6 waffles

For one batch of pancakes
Follow directions above decreasing water to 1/2 cup. (If you like your pancakes thinner, you can add more liquid). Batter will thicken as it stands.
Pour onto preheated sprayed pan or griddle. Cook until bubbly on top edges and golden on bottom. Flip and cook until golden on bottom. Flip and cook until golden on bottom. Yield: 6-8 pancakes. Add favorite topping and enjoy!

Note: Both waffles and pancakes can be frozen and reheated in a toaster or toaster oven.

Adding spices and fruit such as cinnamon and berries makes a tasty addition!

Sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot powder, rice syrup solids (rice protein, natural mixed tocopherols {added to maintain freshness}), cream of tartar, baking soda, salt and ground vanilla bean.
