Whisk water and mix in a large bowl until well blended.

Heat lightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle using 2 Tbsp. batter for each pancake.

Cook until edges are dry, flip and brown other side. About 1 1/2 minutes each side.

Preheat waffle iron on high heat setting.

Whisk water and mix in a large bowl until well blended.

Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron.

Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions and serve.
