This golden-hued, all purpose seasoning adds an earthly warmth to any dish. Use it to flavor chicken or fish, or toss it with vegetables before roasting. Saute rice with butter or oil and a spoonful of the spice-mix before cooking to create a beautiful and subtly flavored side dish.
