You will need
1 cup hot water
3 Tbsp oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Combine contents of pouch with water. Let sit for 5 min.
Heat oil in a pan. Saute pepper and onion until softened.
Stir in meatless mix, cook for 4-6 min. or until brown.
Serve immediately on warm tortillas.

Microwave directions

In a microwave safe bowl, mix water & pouch contents. Let sit for 5 min. Mix in oil, pepper and onion. Cover bowl and heat on high for 5 min. Serve on warm tortillas.

Kick it up! Garnish with cilantro, sliced jalapeno, and pickled onions.

Store rehydrated meatless mix in refrigerator up to 5-7 days.
