Annie’s Way in 8 Minutes
Boil: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan.
Stir in: Pasta, bring to boil. Cook 6-8 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally.
Drain Pasta: In colander. While pasta is draining…
Extra Tasty! Add: 1/2 cup reduced fat milk and 3 Tbsp salted butter to the warm saucepan.
Sprinkle: Cheese over milk; stir to combine.
Add: Cooked pasta back to saucepan and stir well.
Annie’s Suggestions: For an even richer flavor, add an additional 2 tablespoons salted butter. For a creamy, tangy version, replace milk with 3 tablespoons of plain whole milk yogurt. Enjoy!
