1-2 Ripe Bananas (Optional)

Ingredients 2 eggs
2/3 cup milk or water
1/2 cup melted butter or oil2 eggs

1/3 cup melted butter or oil
1 banana2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk or water
1/3 cup melted butter or oil
2 bananas
Loaf Pan (8×5″)350F for 30-40 minutes 350F for 35-45 minutes 350F for 40-50 minutes
Muffins 375F for 17-20 minutes 375F for 17-20 minutes 375F for 17-20 minutes

Preheat oven to the correct temperature based on the chart above and your preferred preparation method. Line 12 muffin pans with liners or spray loaf pan with oil.

Mash banana with a fork in a large bowl if using banana(s). Add in eggs, milk/water, and oil/melted butter; whisk until fully combined. Add in mix and stir until fully incorporated.

Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full with batter or pour batter into greased loaf pan.

Bake according to the chart above based on your preferred preparation.
