Makes one 8×8 Pan of Brownies

You will need
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon oil

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8×8″ pan or line with parchment paper.

Whisk together oil, water, eggs, and mix in a large bowl until just combined, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until brownies are just set but still a little soft in the middle.
